Governed €200k–€500k seasonal budgets for Benetton, U.S. Polo Assn., Ed Hardy and others. Sustained ~90% sell-through by combining WGSN signals with store-level data to protect margin and speed turns.

Led design and garment development at a buying agency with ~1M pcs/annum capacity. Designed for Tommy Hilfiger Denim, Calvin Klein, Pepe Jeans London, DVF, DKNY, Levi's and others.

Independent innovation project exploring bamboo as a sustainably sourced apparel material. Conducting material testing, supplier validation, and early commercialisation pathways toward provisional patent.
